KC Chop House Logo

This project involved designing the logo for KC Chop House, a fine-dining steak and seafood restaurant. The goal was to capture the sophistication and quality of the dining experience while creating a mark that would be timeless and versatile. I explored a range of type-driven concepts, experimenting with font pairings, letter spacing, and subtle detailing to convey both refinement and strength. After narrowing down the strongest directions, I refined the final wordmark in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring clean lines, perfect alignment, and visual balance.

The chosen logo delivers a confident and elegant presence that works equally well in print, signage, and digital platforms. Its simplicity allows it to adapt across multiple applications without losing impact, while its polished typography communicates the restaurant’s elevated positioning. This design has become a recognizable anchor for KC Chop House’s brand identity.
