Company Special Event Invitation

This project involved designing an exclusive Special Event Mailer for top-tier rewards members at a casino. The half-fold invitation needed to convey exclusivity and elegance while adhering closely to brand guidelines and maintaining clarity of information. To reflect the prestige of the event, I developed a refined design concept featuring a rich palette of charcoal and muted metallic gold accents. Working carefully within Adobe InDesign, I structured the layout to guide recipients through the invitation seamlessly from the event announcement to key details and RSVP instructions ensuring a balanced and engaging visual flow.

In Illustrator and Photoshop, I developed subtle graphic elements such as emboss-style frames and foil-like accents to elevate the piece without cluttering the layout. After presenting multiple concepts to the client, I refined the chosen design to meet printer specifications, including proper bleeds and fold guides. The final mailer exuded sophistication befitting the casino’s most valued guests, reinforcing a sense of exclusivity and care. Internal feedback praised the polished, understated aesthetic and precision execution that honored the event’s significance.
